Consultancy
This is the discovery and strategy phase.
It focuses on understanding the client's goals and the physical environment to recommend the right technological approach.
Needs Assessment: Determining exactly how the client intends to use the space—whether it is for hybrid video conferencing, public address systems, or interactive digital signage.
Site Evaluation: Analyzing the room's acoustics, natural and artificial lighting conditions, and architectural constraints to identify potential challenges.
Budgeting & Scope: Aligning the client's expectations with realistic technological capabilities and budget parameters.
Solution Design
This is the engineering and blueprint phase.
It translates the strategic recommendations from the consultancy stage into a precise, actionable technical plan for the installation team.
System Architecture: Creating detailed CAD drawings, signal flow diagrams, and elevation plans showing exactly where devices and cable containment will go.
Hardware Specification: Selecting the specific equipment (displays, microphones, DSPs, control interfaces) and generating a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM).
Integration Planning: Mapping out how the AV equipment will communicate with the IT network and interface with other broader ELV systems, like lighting or access control.
