Video Surveillance Systems (CCTV)
At SoundSafe, we don't just hang cameras on walls—we engineer comprehensive, enterprise-grade IP surveillance systems. In modern corporate and commercial spaces, a CCTV system is the baseline of your physical security strategy. It protects your capital assets, mitigates liability, and ensures the safety of your personnel and visitors.IP Cameras: Ranging from standard dome and bullet cameras to advanced PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) and thermal imaging cameras.
Recording & Storage: Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and centralized server storage. Configuring the correct IP addresses, subnet masks, and storage calculations (RAID configurations) is a massive part of a technician's day-to-day work.
Video Management Software (VMS): The centralized software platform where security personnel view live feeds and pull playback.
Video Analytics: The integration of AI at the edge (on the camera) or on the server. This includes features like Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), facial recognition, line-crossing detection, and loitering alerts.
Access Control Systems (ACS)
This involves the electronic restriction and tracking of who can enter specific areas of a building and when.
Readers & Credentials: Biometric scanners (fingerprint, facial, iris), RFID card readers, and mobile-credential BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) readers.
Door Hardware: Electronic strikes, electromagnetic locks (EM locks), and the push-to-exit buttons that release them.
Controllers: The localized brain mounted above the door or in the IT closet that makes the split-second decision to grant or deny access based on the database.
Physical Barriers: Integration with boom barriers for parking lots, turnstiles for lobbies, and flap barriers.
Intrusion Detection & Alarm Systems
These are the perimeter and internal defense mechanisms designed to detect unauthorized entry after hours.
Sensors: PIR (Passive Infrared) motion detectors, glass-break sensors, magnetic door/window contacts, and seismic sensors for vaults.
Control Panels: The central hub that arms and disarms the system, often requiring precise zone programming.
Notification: Sirens, strobe lights, and auto-dialers that immediately alert local law enforcement or a remote Central Monitoring Station (CMS).
